MSP for Aberdeenshire East and MP for Gordon, Alex Salmond has welcomed this service saying:

“It is very important that everyone is able to attend their healthcare appointments without delay or much hassle.

“Many people living in the North East of Scotland will appreciate how difficult any mode of transport can be throughout the year, so it is essential that there is a service offering people free travel advice ensuring that everyone can arrive on time to their healthcare appointments.”
